Recall that few weeks back one hotel stated to hold a nude party Kaduna State was demolished.
The state government under the leadership of GovNasrilElrufai has defended their actions on why Asher Kings and Queens Restaurant, the building listed to be the venue of a botched sex party in the state.
Ismail Umar-Dikko who is the Director-General of the Kaduna State Urban Development and Planning Authority (KASUPDA) while briefing the newsmen on Tuesday January 5, said that apart from violating COVID-19 protocols, the said building located in Sabon Tasha area of Chikun Local Government was it invalid title or development permit.
He maintained that the demolition of the building was in line with the laws and regulations of kadunastate on any property that was in violation of its provisions.
Meanwhile the illegal status of the building became a very separate matter from the trigger event, there was no excuse for anyone in this State to remain without a valid title to their property and permits for any development thereon by virtue of various land administration and development control initiatives conceived and implemented in the last five years by this administration.
